Sin Ming Loo joined Boise State University in 2003. He also holds a joint appointment with Idaho National Laboratory. His belief that that cybersecurity is a people, process, and technology problem permeate his teachings and research, “Security is what you do, not what you buy,” he says. Trained in electrical engineering and computer engineering during his undergraduate and graduate education, he has contributed to various environments monitoring research through sensor systems and system engineering.
