Working summers on the family farm in Genesee, Idaho, I was inspired to pursue a degree at the U of I. Our farm produced wheat, barley, and garbanzo beans, but at the university, I got a chance to work with dairy cows. Working part-time at the dairy center, I earned my bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Systems Management in 2018. I continue to work at the dairy center full-time and am now pursuing my master’s degree in agricultural education. I’m proud to be a Vandal and a farmer!
